Our almond cookies or almond biscuits for those of you outside the US are based on cookies that can be found in bakeries all over Hong Kong, Chinatown, and Macau. This is a crunchy cookie that crumbles in your mouth on the first bite.Our almond cookies are only made with the finest ingredients including organic grassfed butter, real almonds, and almond extract. Unlike the bright yellow almond cookies you normally see, we do not use any food coloring so the delicious golden brown color is just from yummy egg yolks and butter.One order is for 6.5 oz. of cookies.
