Shipments and returns  

When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 3 business days (Monday through Friday). There may be an additional 1-2 day delay in shipping during times of high order volume.

Custom orders and pre-orders will ship according to the schedule indicated on the product page.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with any tracking information available.  You can also check order status by logging into your account.

Can I pick up the candy at your store?

Not as of today. We do not have a retail store and we process all of our candy orders on the web and ship them directly from our kitchens. 

Once we establish our own storefront we will offer in-store pick up.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do.  We ship international orders with two methods, International Airmail and Global EMS. It may take anywhere from 1-2 weeks or longer to receive your order. This depends on customs and border controls in your destination country.  

  • International Airmail. This is the most economical shipping method with the lowest chance of import taxes. Available for orders up to $80 or 2 kg (4.4 lbs).  Please note that international airmail is untrackable.  However we have had less than 1% rate of lost/undelivered packages with this method.  Delivery times average around 10-14 days though delays up to 2 months have happened.  Though this “snail mail”method does not have a guaranteed arrival time, packages do arrive eventually.  Contact us after 45 days if your package has not arrived to file a claim.
  • Global EMS (Speedpost). The best speed for value.  Equivalent to Express Mail in the US, packages usually arrive within 3-7 business days.  This method provides tracking information and is the best choice for time sensitive orders and orders over $80. Rarely customs delays can add on a couple of days to the estimated delivery time.

Import Taxes

Some countries will levy an import tax on packages over a certain threshold.  These charges are not included in the shipping charge and are the responsibility of the buyer.  You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.

Does Fusion Sweets guarantee that my candy will arrive on time?

We will make every effort to ship your candy on schedule, but delivery is out of our hands once your candy leaves our kitchen.

The final journey from the post office to your doorstep is dependent upon your country’s postal service.

If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us to set up express shipping with a guaranteed delivery date.  We can ship with Global EMS (Speedpost), DHL, Fedex, or UPS.

We will warn you that this is an expensive option especially if the delivery address is overseas.

Because borders and customs can add additional delays to the delivery timeline, Fusion Sweets cannot be responsible for delays or late deliveries of international orders.

We will not accept returns nor offer refunds under these circumstances.

1. Privacy Policy

This privacy policy identifies the type of information Fusion Sweets, its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Fusion Sweets”), collects from its customers and how Fusion Sweets uses this information. Your use of this website may also be governed by other terms and conditions contained on separate user agreements. If you have any questions about this policy, or the manner in which Fusion Sweets uses personal information, we encourage you to contact us.
Use of Customer Information

Fusion Sweets respects the privacy of its customers and takes steps to prevent unauthorized disclosure of customer information to third parties. Customer information includes any and all information received by Fusion Sweets from its customers, whether such information is received by email, online forms, telephone, facsimile, mail or otherwise. Fusion Sweets stores this information to enable it to fulfill orders or to improve the level of service to its Customers. Fusion Sweets also shares certain personal and/or financial information with its merchant account and banking vendors to process orders and payments and with common carriers to ship products to you. Unless required by law or by court order, Fusion Sweets will not disclose, share or sell any customer information to any other third party without your prior authorization. Unless otherwise stated, this privacy policy does not apply to information posted by users to publicly accessible portions of our websites, including but not limited to, online forums, bulletin boards, dealer listings or online auction services.

Personal and Financial Information Collected by Fusion Sweets

Throughout our websites there are forms that request information from you and/or allow you to purchase products and services. These forms typically ask for contact information (such as name, mailing address and email address), membership, login and password information required to process your order and ship products to you. Fusion Sweets will collect similar information when processing orders via telephone. The provision of such information by you is entirely voluntary. We do not collect any financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and verification code).  All financial information is processed by secure thirdy party payment processors such as Paypal, Google Wallet, Stripe, or Bitpay. If you elect or opt in to receive information from us, we will ask for a valid email address and telephone number so we can inform you of other products or services available or to contact you about your opinion of current products and services or potential new products and services that may be offered. You may opt out of receiving future mailings from Fusion Sweets by following the procedures detailed in the Choice/Opt Out section located below, on forms located on our website or in emails you receive from us. You may also request that we delete any personal information from our customer databases at any time by contacting Fusion Sweets.

IP Address Logging

Fusion Sweets’ web servers collect domain names and/or IP addresses of users to measure what pages and features are accessed by our visitors. Fusion Sweets uses software such as Google Analytics to collect and analyze this information. This information helps us administer the site, improve content and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.


Fusion Sweets may use cookies or similar files or scripts throughout its website to enhance your convenience in using our websites, to improve search functionality or to hold information that you would otherwise need to re-key. Cookies are text files collected by a user’s web browser. Fusion Sweets is under no obligation to monitor the conduct of its website users, but it may investigate and respond if violations are reported. Fusion Sweets reserves the right to delete, remove or exclude any listing or information, in its sole discretion, that does not meet its intent and guidelines for the services offered on the website.

Changes to Privacy Policy

In the future, Fusion Sweets may offer new and different programs that necessitate a change in this Policy. Fusion Sweets reserves the right to change its privacy policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the privacy policy will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.

Governing Language

Any translation of this Policy is done for local requirements and in the event of a dispute between the English and any non-English versions, the English version of this Policy shall govern.


We are committed to preventing others from unauthorized access to the personal information you provide to us, and we maintain commercially reasonable procedures and technology designed for this purpose. This website has reasonable technical and organizational security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under our control. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those security measures. Although we cannot guarantee that our systems are 100% secure 100% of the time, we periodically update and test our technology in order to improve the protection of customer information.

We suggest that you install anti-virus software on your computer and routinely check for viruses, keyloggers, spyware and other programs that may become installed on your computer without your permission. If you believe that you have received a virus from Fusion Sweets, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may take remedial measures to remove the virus.

Fusion Sweets does not send emails to customers requesting billing, login or password information. If you receive an email purporting to be from Fusion Sweets that asks you to provide personal or account information, or login and passwords, do not provide such information unless you have first verified that the website or email is from Fusion Sweets. Such emails may be fraudulent and used in connection with scams known as phishing. Fusion Sweets asks that you report any suspicious emails or websites to Fusion Sweets.

2. Return Policy

Non-personalized candy products

You must contact Fusion Sweets here and file a returns or reshipment claim within 14 days of receiving your order or 30 days after shipment, whichever is sooner.  Any returns after this are in store credit only. 

We can only accept returns of unopened items.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items arrived damaged or defective.  Please contact us before returning a package.  We will do our best to help you out!

Personalized and custom candy products cannot be returned.  

3. Use of Web Site

Fusion Sweets has taken every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of content provided on this website. Fusion Sweets makes no warranty, express, implied, or otherwise with respect to accuracy or safety of any items or information contained within this website, including, but not limited to price, representation, specification, or potential hazard of any item.

Occasionally there may be information on that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Fusion Sweets reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Fusion Sweets shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities on any order for any reason at any time. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Fusion Sweets shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card.

If you use this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you submit through “My Account” and the corresponding password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree that you will use only your password and you will take reasonable precautions to protect its secrecy.

4. Late, Lost or Damaged Delivery

We cannot be responsible for late, lost or damaged deliveries by the postal service. We will cooperate with you in every way to track your package and file a claim if necessary. If we make a mistake with the address, we reserve the right to issue a refund or reship. 

If an incorrect address was provided by the person placing the order, a duplicate order must be placed with additional charges. We will issue a refund if the original shipment is recovered in resaleable condition. You must report the problem to us within 2 weeks after receipt of the order or 30 days after shipment, whichever is sooner.

5. Order Errors

If we make a mistake in your shipment, we reserve the right to issue a refund, issue a store credit or to replace your candy. You must report the problem to us within 2 weeks after receipt of the order or 30 days after shipment, whichever is sooner.

6. Limitation on Liability

We cannot be responsible for damage arising from the operation, content or use of our website. Additionally, we are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or the inability to use our website, including but not limited to, your reliance on information obtained at the website, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance.
