Shipments and returns

When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 3 business days (Monday through Friday). There may be an additional 1-2 day delay in shipping during times of high order volume.

Custom orders and pre-orders will ship according to the schedule indicated on the product page.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with any tracking information available. You can also check order status by logging into your account.

Can I pick up the candy at your store?

Not as of today. We do not have a retail store and we process all of our candy orders on the web and ship them directly from our kitchens.

Once we establish our own storefront we will offer in-store pick up.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship international orders with two methods, International Airmail (First Class Mail) and Global EMS. It may take anywhere from 1-2 weeks or longer to receive your order. This depends on customs and border controls in your destination country.

  • International Airmail. This is the most economical shipping method with the lowest chance of import taxes. Available for orders up to $75 or 2 kg (4.4 lbs). Please note that international airmail is not trackable. However we have had less than 1% rate of lost/undelivered packages with this method. Delivery times average around 10-14 days though delays up to 2 months have occurred. Contact us after 45 days if your package has not arrived to file a claim.
  • Global EMS (Speedpost). The best speed for value. Equivalent to Express Mail in the US, packages usually arrive within 3-7 business days. This method provides tracking information and is the best choice for time sensitive orders and orders over $80. Rarely customs delays can add on a couple of days to the estimated delivery time.
  • Import Taxes. Some countries will levy an import tax on packages over a certain threshold. These charges are not included in the shipping charge and are the responsibility of the buyer. You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.

Do you that my candy will arrive on time?

We will make every effort to ship your candy on schedule, but delivery is out of our hands once your candy leaves our kitchen.

The final journey from the post office to your doorstep is dependent upon your country’s postal service.

If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us to set up express shipping with a guaranteed delivery date. We can ship with Global EMS, DHL, Fedex, or UPS.

We will warn you that this is an expensive option especially if the delivery address is overseas.

Because borders and customs can add additional delays to the delivery timeline, Fusion Sweets cannot be responsible for delays or late deliveries of international orders.

We will not accept returns nor offer refunds under these circumstances.
