What is it?

Flavored with thai chiles and juicy strawberries.  A devilishly sweet flavor.

Not as hot and intense as our candied peppers or Thai habanero caramels, these spicy strawberry hard candies have just the right amount of heat to warm you up on cold winter days.

Berlingots are a kind of hard candy from France. 

Popular during the 19th and early 20th century, there are only a handful of candy shops that still make these by hand.

All of our berlingots are pulled, twisted, cut, and wrapped by hand.
